If a customer purchases a ‘money-back guarantee’ for a refund worth US 15

  1. If the customer returns the item before 14 days, the refund will be issued. 100 %
  2. If the customer returns the product before 7 days, the refund will be issued. 70 %
  3. If the customer returns the product before 3 days, the refund will be issued. 30 %
  4. If the customer has a return for less than 3 days, no refund will be given.
  5. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you can return the item before 7 days and receive a 50 % refund , if wish to cancel less than 7 days no refund will be given.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Permitted for general tourists
  • There is a 30 % refund fee for goods and services in all cases.
  • Refunds will be issued within 45 working days excluding weekends and special holidays and received within 90 days.

  • For requests submitted less than 24 hours before departure ‘no refund’

  • Not applicable if the traveler is already on a trip.
  • Not applicable if at least one service has already been used.
  • Not applicable if refunds or rescheduling requests are requested directly with the guide.
  • Changes include, but are not limited to, changes in traveler details (e.g., name, title).
  • Refunds may be made in cash, travel credits, vouchers from ActiveholidaysTour or points from ActiveholidaysTour or This will be determined in accordance with the company’s latest refund policy.
  • Only applicable for transactions in Thai Baht (THB).
  • Not applicable to points and coupons. Any points or coupons redeemed will not be refunded.
  • Available on all payment methods.
  • Insurance purchases are non-refundable.
  • The money-back guarantee cannot be rescheduled. If you choose to change your travel schedule on your original travel booking, you will be asked to change your itinerary. Rescheduled tourism is not covered by the tourism money-back guarantee.
  • ActiveholidaysTour We reserve the right to cancel any refund request or process deemed to be misused.
  • Misuse of the Money-Back Guarantee means any event in which ActiveholidaysTour believes that such use or process is fraudulent or in a commercial interest.
